Leading Coconut Water brand, ZICO, is launching ZICO Chocolate ? a delicious new variety that will be available to independent retailers from 1st July.
ZICO Chocolate, which is hugely popular in the USA, combines all of the natural replenishing benefits of ZICO Coconut Water, but with a delicious, natural chocolate flavour.? It?s also low calories at just 20 calories per 100ml, is gluten free and provides a source of magnesium and other electrolytes including potassium.
Available in 400ml resealable bottles, ZICO Chocolate will retail at an RSP of ?1.79 and boasts eye catching recyclable packaging. The July 1st launch will be supported in store, with further marketing activity to follow for the wider distribution roll out.
In addition to the new flavor launch, ZICO Coconut Water is further expanding it?s offering by adding original flavor 900ml pack formats to the range.? This sku will move ZICO from an on the go product to also being a fridge staple, with the multi-serve pack increasing ZICO?s presence in the coconut water category and providing the consumer with more occasions to consume ZICO.
To raise awareness for the ZICO brand and the new products entering the market, a high profile marketing initiative, #TheEverydayActive, is being launched.? The campaign, which will be fronted by British singer-songwriter, Jessie Ware, will aim to inspire the nation to carry out every day healthy activities, such as walking to work, to improve their overall health and fitness.
Jessie Ware will launch the campaign with an exclusive live VIP gig on 17th June, at the top of The Gherkin in central London.? This will be supported with a high reach promotion on Kiss FM, where consumers will be offered tickets to the event.? Tickets to the gig will also be offered via a promotion on the brand?s Facebook page, and this competition will be publicised through an ad in the Metro.
#TheEverydayActive will also be supported by an exciting social media campaign.? Activity will celebrate people?s achievements by offering expert tips, rewards, competitions and events through Twitter and a bespoke Facebook application.
