iPhone 4, 6.1 Siri/Weird Safe Mode Thing?

Okay, So I'm quite sad. I'm running iOS 6.1 on my (evasi0n) Jailbroken iPhone 4, and after extensive research, decided on trying out Siri using the package "Siri for iOS 6.x" from IHacksRepo. I followed a tutorial on how to get that working, that was no problem whatsoever, and I had Siri working. After a few days, I decided I want to get rid of Siri and try out NowNow, So I went and deleted the certificate/package from Cydia. After removing, Cydia prompted me to Reboot my device, which I did, and come to find out that my iPhone decides to take forever to boot up. It sticks at the Apple Logo, and since I have f.lux also installed, I could see that it's tinted. After about 15-45 minutes, it finally reboots, but in sort of a Safe Mode, but not exactly. I tried doing the reboot while disabling the MobileSubstrate by holding down the Up Volume Key while doing a hard Reboot, but it still takes a very long time for my iPhone to Reboot, and it still goes into the weird Safe Mode thing. I gave up and decided to just stay in the weird Safe Mode, but I soon found the disadvantages. It acts like I have a tethered jailbreak, as it won't let me open Cydia, any jailbroken apps, Safari, Calender, and won't finish downloading updates from the Apple App Store. None of the tweaks are active from Cydia (obviously), but what intrigued me is that my "ColorKeyboard" seemed to be the only tweak active. I found this quite frustrating, so I scavenged the web for a solution without restoring my iPhone, and found out that the problem is located withing the Springboard.plst file, in the location "System/Library/LaunchDaemons" or something like that. The thread I was on offered a download of a clean Springboard.plst file, which I downloaded but not installed yet. I read that, in the same directory, there existed a Springboard.bak file, which essentially is a backup. I looked, but to no avail, and ended up replacing the Springboard file with the one from the thread, using iFunBox. I rebooted again, waited painfully long for my phone to boot back up, and found out that that solution didn't work out either. I am stumped, as I do not want to restore my phone, but will if it's the only solution. Can anyone help me out?
