This Ancient Indian Practice Can Soothe Your Pain ? Inspiration ...

Researchers at the Oregon Health & Science University found Yoga to be effective at reducing pain from fibromyalgia ? a disorder that?s characterized by chronic, widespread pain.

The study found that Yoga was both statistically ? AND clinically ? significant at reducing pain, fatigue and depression in fibromyalgia patients. [3]

And finally, in another study presented at the European League Against Rheumatism, Yoga was found to provide significant benefit to rheumatoid arthritis sufferers. [4]
